These Terms are applicable to the Dealer, its employees or agents ("User"/ “You”) who avail or intend to avail services from (“NITCO”) by using the Website https://www.nitco.in/dealerconnect and by using it’s Mobile Application namely – “NITCO Dealer Connect App” (“Mobile app/Mobile Apps”), you agree to abide by the Terms and condition as mentioned in Privacy Police and Dealer Portal.
Information covered by these terms
These terms seek to cover any personal / sensitive personal information of the User provided to NITCO online or offline, as also any information that may be collected by NITCO server from the User’s browser, mobile app or mobile device, including any information, which may or may not be personally identifiable and/or traffic information and/or any information which may be collected by NITCO, its dealers, agents/agencies, including our server from the User’s browser mobile app or mobile device (“Information”).

- NITCO respects the privacy of User in accordance with prevailing Law/regulation that governs your privacy and always strives to uphold the standards in protecting the same.
